Dr. Ajit Korgaokar

Dr. Korgaokar is an Associate Professor in the Exercise Science department at Tennessee Technological University in Tennessee, USA. He has presented at international and national conferences on topics such as tactical periodization, games-based approaches to skill acquisition, the relative age effect in youth soccer, nutritional supplements for soccer performance, sleep hygiene for recovery, and blood flow restriction training.

In addition to his teaching role, Dr. Korgaokar serves as an Educator Developer for U.S. Soccer, training instructors who deliver national coaching licenses. He previously worked as the Head Performance Coach for Nashville SC Academy and as a sport scientist for Nashville SC’s (MLS) first team, contributing to player development and performance optimization.

Dr. Korgaokar is a former professional soccer player with the Orlando Lions (ASL) and holds the USSF A License, National Youth License, and Grassroots Instructor License, as well as the USC Premier Diploma, National Youth Diploma, and Director of Coaching Diploma. His background combines academic expertise with hands-on experience in soccer coaching and performance.

Brandy Palmer Gagliano
Brandy is a Title IX Investigator in the Office For Equal Access at Vanderbilt University. She also worked with Tennessee Soccer Club as both a coach and an administrator. While at TSC (formerly Brentwood Soccer Club), Brandy coached 12 state championship teams along with a Southern regional champion and National finalist team. In addition to coaching at TSC, Brandy also coached at Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville where she led the Varsity Girls team to 8 straight State Tournament appearances, including one state championship, two state finals, and three state semi-final appearances. Brandy was also co-founder of P3soccer, a college soccer recruiting consulting business. During her time as a youth coach, Brandy practiced law at the Tennessee Attorney General's office. As a player, Brandy played collegiate soccer at UNC-Greensboro, where she served as captain her senior year and was selected to the all-tournament team and voted the Big-South Conference Women’s Soccer Student-Athlete of the Year. Brandy holds a USSF C coaching license.
